IMPORTANT INFORMTAION:
1. Fee is $24.00 for each team member. One adult is required and free. $14 for an additional adult (one extra adult per team only).
2. You will need your team number to start the ordering process.
3. Only Team Managers registered for the current Destination Imagination season can register for the workshop.
4. If you are managing multiple teams, please register separately for each team and indicate your other team(s) information in the comments.
5. We appreciate all of our Early Learning (Rising Stars!) teams, this workshop is not geared towards you. Please contact the Regional Director at rd@gulfcoastdi.com to see if your team might benefit.
6. Registrations are approved with priority to new teams EL, ML and SL, returning teams and then RS teams if any spots are available on a first come first served basis.
7. This form is a pre-registration, filling this form does not confirm a spot in the workshop.
8. Once approved you will be sent an invoice.
9. Your spot is confirmed only after your payment has been received.
10. Credit card processing fees once paid are non-refundable.
