    Assistant General Manager (AGM)
    With Love, Always

    The Assistant General Manager is the right hand of the General Manager and a key leader in daily operations. This role bridges high-level strategy and on-the-floor execution—supporting the team, protecting the brand, and ensuring every guest experience reflects the heart of With Love, Always.

    We’re seeking emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented leaders who can inspire a team, solve problems under pressure, and uphold high standards while fostering a culture built on kindness, accountability, and excellence.

    Main Goals

    • Support the GM in executing smooth, consistent day-to-day operations.
    • Develop and lead team members across all levels, from new hires to shift leads.
    • Drive consistency in hospitality, food quality, and brand culture.

     

    Overview of Responsibilities

    Operational Leadership

    • Oversee daily shift operations, maintaining strong communication between Front and Back of House.
    • Manage live labor performance—adjusting floor plans, roles, and breaks to maintain efficiency.
    • Ensure that food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently executed.
    • Monitor inventory accuracy, waste reduction, and vendor communications.

    Team Development

    • Support the GM in hiring, onboarding, and training across all positions.
    • Coach and mentor team members with clear expectations and accountability.
    • Conduct check-ins, performance reviews, and developmental conversations that build confidence and capability.
    • Model leadership through empathy, consistency, and composure—especially during high-volume shifts.

    Brand & Culture Stewardship

    • Champion the With Love, Always brand values: hospitality, intention, and care.
    • Lead by example—fostering a supportive, motivated, and positive team dynamic.
    • Maintain a guest-first energy on the floor by anticipating needs and resolving issues with warmth and care.
    • Protect brand standards in both product and experience—every burger, every interaction, every time.
    • Celebrate wins, recognize team excellence, and contribute to a culture people are proud to be part of.
