New Found Sound Terms and Conditions
Participating Artists acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Curation and Programming
- New Found Sound is a curated event.
- Programming is managed by New Day Projects on behalf of the City of Port Adelaide Enfield (PAE).
- Applications from First Nations and Diverse Artists are encouraged.
- Submission of this application does not guarantee inclusion in the event.
Original Music Requirement
- New Found Sound features original music only.
- Cover acts will not be considered.
Production
- New Found Sound provides general backline and production support.
- Artists are advised that changeovers are strictly time limited to ensure the program runs on schedule.
Communication and Liaison
- Artist/s agree to provide accurate contact details (phone and email), and
- Respond and liaise promptly with New Day Projects and PAE throughout the event production process and for this purpose.
Public Liability Insurance
- Nominated Artist/s will provide evidence of current Certificate of Public Liability Insurance with:
- Minimum cover of $20 million
- Provided no later than one week prior to the event.
