I understand that applying does not ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the forfeiture of any Misfit Ranch animal fostered by me.

I certify that the above information is correct, and I understand that the information will be verified.

I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release, indemnify, and covenant to hold harmless The Misfit Ranch and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster dog. I understand that The Misfit Ranch attempts to match fosters with the best fit, but the dogs are rescue dogs, and The Misfit Ranch cannot guarantee the temperament of a dog. If a dog is not a good match, I agree to provide at least 2 weeks' notice to The Misfit Ranch to find an alternative placement. In the case of a safety emergency, 2 weeks' notice is not required.

I accept full responsibility for the dog(s) actions at all times, and release The Misfit Ranch from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering such dog(s).

I understand that any Misfit Ranch animal that I foster remains the property of The Misfit Ranch and will thus be subject to removal from my possession for any or no reason.

I agree to have The Misfit Ranch complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my foster application.
