  • Entry nominations close 6:00pm AEST, Wednesday 14th January 2026. Entries received after this date/time will not be accepted under any circumstances.

    An invoice for the tournament entry fee will be sent to you via email or SMS by the QBSA Treasurer on submission of your entry nomination. Please note that the entry fee must be paid no later than 6:00pm AEST, Thursday 15th January 2026.  Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your entry nomination.

  • Conditions of Entry and Indemnity Statement

    1. Participants must be a financial member of an affiliate of the Australian Billiards and Snooker Council or if from another country, in good standing with their national federation.
    2. Nominations are accepted from Countries from Asia and the Oceania/Pacific region.
    3. A completed Online Entry and paid entry fee will be required before any player is permitted to compete.
    4. I agree to abide by any decision of the Tournament Director in relation to this tournament.
    5. By entering this tournament, I acknowledge and agree that: 
      1. I am bound by and must comply with all ABSC Policies, including but not limited to, the National Integrity Framework, Anti-Doping Policy, Code of Conduct and Social Media Policy, which can be found here www.absc.com.au/governance;  
      2. it is my responsibility to be familiar with these policies; and
      3. a breach of these policies could result in disciplinary action being taken, as outlined in the complaints or discipline procedures for the relevant policy/ies. 
    6. I have read and understood and agree to abide by the Australian National Anti-Doping Policy, effective from 1 January 2021, and found on the Sport Integrity Australia website (https://www.sportintegrity.gov.au/what-wedo/ anti-doping/world-anti-dopingcode/australiannational-anti-doping-policy) being the anti-doping policy adopted by The Australian Billiards & Snooker Council and applicable to all members, participants and nonparticipants.
    7. All Australian players are required to complete the Sport Integrity Australia Anti-Doping Fundamentals on-line course which is available on the Sports Integrity Australia website - https:// elearning.sportintegrity.gov.au/ . You will need to create an account to access the course, and once completed you will be sent an electronic certificate of attainment that you may be required to produce as a condition of entry.
    8. INDEMNITY: All participants enter at their own risk. None of the QBSA, ABSC, the Club, the venue, the sponsors nor the organisers shall be responsible for any loss, injury or misadventure however arising.
