    To register for LAM it is necessary for both the husband and wife to complete this participant application. There will be sections of the application where each spouse will answer questions independently of each other. Please don't answer for your spouse. With both of you answering these questions, it helps our team to place you in a small group that best fits you. This application is confidential and only viewed by our team. Please be as accurate as you can while answering the following questions. Thank you!

    Please note that the workshop dates/times are as follows. It is essential to attend all the sessions as the teaching is incremental.

    The fee for the workshop is R800 per couple and includes 2 workbooks and a Tool Booklet and light snacks.

  • The structure of LAM requires that we choose one couple to co-facilitate each small group of 3 or 4 couples during the workshop. We choose the facilitators based on the surveys and the Lord's leading. If we choose you, it is because we feel that you are the best choice for your group. As co-facilitator, you and your spouse will be able to wholeheartedly go after your breakthrough while facilitating. By leading your group with your own openness and vulnerability, your example will lead the rest of the group to their breakthroughs.

    * If you are chosen, there will be a Facilitators Meeting before we begin the workshop to prepare you and pray over you.
