84th Faulkner Family Reunion Registration Form

This year we're traveling to the Miami Area to enjoy sun, family, and fellowship! You are invited to register for the 84th Faulkner Family Reunion in Hollywood, Florida. Please see below for more information and register today!!

Friday:

Travel Day

Golf Outing* - “The Masters” Golf Outing – Expect to pay up to $100 per person – Please let Len know if you plan to golf.

Beach Time/Other Activities around Hollywood Beach

4:00 PM – 9:00 PM:  Hospitality Room/Check-In 

Saturday:

Beach Time/Other Activities around Hollywood Beach

12:00 – 2:00 PM:  Family Luncheon Choice: Chicken, Salmon, or Vegetarian

3:00 PM:  Transportation via Bus to Bayside Marketplace (shop, dine, attractions, activities) For More Information About Bayside Marketplace 

Parking is available at Bayside Marketplace if you choose to drive

7:00 – 8:30 PM:  Sunset Cruise Around Miami

(90-minute sailing) Departure from Bayside Marketplace

9:00 – 10:00 PM:  Transportation – Return to Hotel

Sunday:

8:30 – 9:30 AM: Executive Board Meeting

10:00 – 11:00 AM: Praise & Worship

11:00 – 12:00 PM: Family Meeting

REUNION FEES:

Annual Family Dues:            $50.00 per adult

Saturday Luncheon Prices:

·        Ages 12 and older   $75.00 per person

·        Ages 3 – 12            $35.00 per child

·        Under 3                  No Charge

Sunset Cruise (Optional):

·        Ages 3 and older   $20.00 per person

·        Under 3                No Charge

 

Transportation to/from Hotel to Bayside Marketplace (Optional):

Ages 3 and older $30 per person

Registration period is open from December 2025 - June 23, 2026

The Late Registration period will be open from June 24, 2026 - July 1, 2026. Please send an additional $30 along with your dues and fees if you register during this time. 

NO ONSITE REGISTRATION - Headcounts for activities are due 21 days before events.

The nearest airports are Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Miami (MIA).  You can catch a taxi or Uber/Lyft at the airport.  Hotel Overnight Parking is $25.00 per night.

You are responsible for making your own reservations directly with the hotel.  We have secured the following special family rates for Wednesday, July 22 through Monday, July 27 (Check-out on Tuesday):

$169.00 plus tax for single or double occupancy

An additional $10.00 for each additional adult over two adults per room.

You must mention use the link or mention Faulkner Family Reunion Group when you call to receive the special hotel rate!

Annual Family Dues and Reunion Fees must be sent to Charles Moore, Treasurer, Faulkner Family Reunion by June 23. If mailing check/money order, please include a copy of the Registration form.

Please note “Dues” and/or "Reunion Fees" and the name(s) of family member(s) covered by the payment in the memo. Please follow-up all payments with a text to 913-575-3477 or an email to moorec65@yahoo.com listing the family member(s) full name(s), payment amount(s), and payment purpose(s) (dues, golf, Saturday Lunch, or Saturday.cruise) to assure accurate accounting.

Note: The Faulkner Executive Board asks that all adults pay Annual Family Dues to help keep our reunion bank account funded. Dues provide host family seed money, expressions of condolence when a family member dies, and any correspondence to family members and other expenses. Annual Family Dues cover January 1 – December 31. 

Your form and money must be received by June 23, 2026 to be registered for the reunion.

A $30 Late Penalty Fee will apply if you register between June 24, 2026 - July 1, 2026.
