  • Bristol Pride will be returning to Durdham Downs on Saturday 11th July 2026.

Our food area is a vital part of the attendee’s day and presence at Bristol Pride provides your organisation with a unique opportunity to showcase your support of and reach members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Queer (LGBTQ+) community. We are now the UK’s largest FREE Pride and also attract thousands of non-LGBT people to the event who are keen to show their support – Our Allies!

We are partiuarly interested to hear from traders who are local. We encourage you to apply as soon as you can to avoid disappointment - we are over subscribed every year.

    Sustainability
We’re working hard on minimising our environmental impact. All serve ware must be biodegradable or recyclable, and large condiment dispensers must be used rather than small packets. You are not permitted to sell drinks in plastic bottles or to issue plastic or polystyrene serve ware. All waste must be disposed of appropriately, and you must leave your pitch how you found it.

    Cost and payment
Pitch fees are £875+VAT for those with a frontage of 5m or less, with a reduction to £775+VAT if you offer 10% discount to wristband holders. As a charity, we encourage people to purchase wristbands, always offering a pay what you feel entry without wristbands. The trader discount is a major incentive for wristband sales which go towards securing the future of the event.

Pitches over 5m will incur an additional charge of £75 per metre.

Power will be charged at an additional cost, see below. Internet is included in this fee.
