RRCF Scholarship Application — 2026
  • Welcome to the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee 2026 Scholarship Application Form

  • Each year, the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) Scholarship Committee will award scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each. Half of the scholarships will be available to members in good standing of RASM or to immediate family members from RASM (i.e. a spouse, child, or grandchild). "Children" shall be deemed to include stepchildren, foster children, or adopted children, regardless of marital status or age. Half of the scholarships will also be available to the public. The application is open and available to local high school seniors who will be attending an undergraduate college or university; any student currently enrolled in an undergraduate college or university; or any student pursuing a graduate degree. There are no limitations as to the location of the college or university attended, as long as the applicant indicates that they are from the two-county area.

  • 2026 RRCF Scholarship Application Instructions

    Eligibility Requirements

    To be considered for the scholarship, students must:

    1) Complete the online application (only online submissions will be accepted).

    2) Answer the three essay questions.

    3) Upload recent school transcripts:

    • High school applicants: transcripts must be provided by a local high school administrator.
    • Undergraduate or graduate applicants: upload your most recent transcripts/reports from your school.

    4) Provide two reference letters from recent teachers, school advisors, employers, or others familiar with your achievements.

    5) Upload the acceptance letter(s) from one or more colleges you plan to attend in 2026.

    2026 Scholarship Timeline

    • Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 27.
    • Semi-finalists: Selected by the 2026 Scholarship Committee based on applications; invited for interviews. Semi-finalists must be available for an interview to remain eligible. 
    • Final Selection: Scholarship recipients are chosen based on both the application and interview. 
    • Notification: ONLY applicants selected as semi-finalists will be notified.

    Interview Information

    The 2026 Scholarship Committee will review applications in April. Semi-finalists selected for further consideration will be invited to participate in interviews, which will be scheduled in May. Details regarding interview format and timing will be provided to semi-finalists at that time.

    • Ensure reference letters and transcripts are submitted on time to avoid delays in review.

    Enter the name of a school official who can provide your official transcripts. Once this application is submitted, an email request will be sent to the contact information provided with instructions for your school official to upload your transcript. You need to "submit" the application in order for this email to be sent to your official. If you need to make edits after submitting the application, you can do so up until the March 27th deadline. The Scholarship Committee will not review complete submissions until AFTER March 28th.
  • Please submit your application as early as possible so your school official has enough time to complete their portion before the deadline.
