He is also a seasoned OT/IT and SCADA specialist with extensive experience supporting energy companies across Pennsylvania. Throughout his career, Robert has led high-profile initiatives, including securing network infrastructure for World Cup events and developing custom billing platforms for global pharmaceutical firms. He has served numerous Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations, consistently delivering practical, cost-effective, and business-driven technology solutions.

    Ed Rice
    Attorney at Law
    Ed’s experience encompasses both sides of the spectrum - from private practice as outside counsel to in-house practice as a C-Suite attorney. Ed was a partner at a nationally recognized boutique firm and also at a large national firm of over 350 lawyers. In these firms, Ed chaired and co-chaired the Technology, Privacy and Data Security, and Financial Services practice groups. As an in-house attorney, Ed served as counsel to large financial institutions, technology companies, and fintechs, in roles ranging from Associate General Counsel to Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. Ed has extensive experience in matters pertaining to data security, privacy and more recently, emerging AI technologies and governance issues.
