The Elite Coaching Track

The Elite Coaching Track is our highest level of support for families with young people ages 15 to 25+ who want personalized, one-on-one guidance to identify best-fit careers and educational paths.

This track is designed for families who want to work closely with a dedicated Flourish Career Coach to go deeper, move faster, and build a clear, confident plan for the future.

Your Elite experience includes:
- A 20-minute onboarding meet-and-greet to get to know your coach and set expectations
- Four private 1:1 coaching sessions (up to 60-minutes each) tailored to your young person’s needs and goals
- Access to the Launch Career Clarity Signature level, which provides 12 months of group coaching and support with lifetime access to the course
The Elite Coaching Track begins at $1,950, depending on coach availability and scheduling needs.

Because this is a highly individualized experience, we accept a limited number of Elite clients at a time. This application helps us make sure your goals, availability, and expectations are a strong match for the support we provide and that we can honor your scheduling needs.
