Terms and Conditions
Redeemer Lutheran Church (“Redeemer”) is a sacred and community-centered space. All building users are expected to treat the space with care, respect, and responsibility. The following guidelines must be upheld by all individuals and groups utilizing the space.

Payments can be made by check or cash to Redeemer Lutheran Church or through another approved method. Late payments may result in a warning and potential loss of building use privileges.
General Expectations
1. Respect the Space
All users must treat the building and property with care. Misuse or reckless behavior may result in revoked privileges.
2. Cleaning / Returning the Space
Users are expected to leave the space as they found it. Please clean up any spills, wipe down tables and counters, and dispose of trash in provided bins. Redeemer is not responsible for set-up or take-down unless specifically arranged for an additional fee.
3. Security and Building Access
If doors are unlocked during your event, a designated person must monitor them at all times. Before leaving, users must check the entire building to ensure it is vacant, all lights are off, and doors are locked. Building keys or access codes may not be duplicated or shared without permission. Users may also only use the designated area that they are assigned, unless discussed with operations manager.
4. Responsibility for Damage or Theft
Users are financially responsible for any damage or loss to Redeemer property that occurs during their time in the building. Redeemer is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Prohibited Behaviors
The following actions are prohibited and may result in immediate termination of building access:
Smoking or vaping inside the building
Use of illegal drugs or excessive alcohol
Unauthorized use of areas, rooms, or equipment
Disruptive or unsafe behavior
Leaving minors unsupervised
Use of the building outside approved hours or purposes
Tampering with building systems or equipment (e.g., fire alarms, thermostats)
Warning & Termination Policy
To maintain safety and accountability, Redeemer uses the following system:
• First Violation: Written warning
• Second Violation: Final written warning
• Third Violation: Termination of building use agreement and request to vacate
*Severe or dangerous violations may result in immediate termination.*

Set-up or take-down assistance
Use of AV or sound equipment
Storage
Custodial or trash removal support
Please arrange optional services at least two weeks in advance.
Insurance & Liability
Users agree to hold Redeemer Lutheran Church harmless from any claims arising from their use of the space. Redeemer may require proof of liability insurance for recurring or high-risk activities.
