MEADOWRIDGE ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL CLUB PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT
This Payment Plan Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Meadowridge Association Football Club ("MAFC" or "the Club") and the member ("Applicant") whose details are set out below. Any decision made regarding the Payment Plan agreement, it's application process, its approval, any deviation from what is stipulated (below) and/or its implied consequences is at the sole discretion of the MAFC Exco.

Payment Plan Terms:
1. The Applicant acknowledges that MAFC offers this payment plan to alleviate financial burdens and promote fairness and accessibility to the Club.
2. The Applicant acknowledges that MAFC's financial stability is crucial to its operations and the interests of all members.
3. The Applicant agrees to pay the annual fees in instalments over a maximum period of 4 months, with the following payment
4. The Applicant will receive a reminder every month to make payment.
5. If payment is not made within 2 weeks of the agreed-upon date, the player's card may be pulled, and the player will not be allowed to participate in official league matches but may still train and join the match day squad.
6. The Club may discuss alternative arrangements, such as making up the value payments in exchange for services, on a case-by-case basis, subject to Exco and subcommittee approval.
7. Default in payment will result in a warning notification, followed by a final warning if no response is received.
8. Failure to respond to the final warning will result in the account being handed over to a debt collection agent or agency, with costs and service fees added to the outstanding amount.
9. Failure to adhere to the debt collection process may result in negative reporting of the Applicant's financial records or blacklisting.
