Terms and Conditions agreed to with the submission of this application:
- I understand that my application does not guarantee me a spot as an artist vendor at the Two Rivers Art Fair. If selected, I will be sent a link to pay for my vendor spot by Monday, June 1st. I must pay the vendor fee of $50 by Sunday, June 14th or I will forfeit my spot as an artist vendor.
- Each accepted artist will have one 10'x10' booth space. Additional booth spaces are not available and all artwork, signage, displays, etc, must be contained within your 10'x10' booth space.
- All event communication will be through email.
- Electricity is not available. If you need electricity you must bring your own power source and it must be able to be contained within your booth space. If your power source makes noise (example: generator), you must have a plan to contain/minimize the noise output.
- This is a rain or shine event. In the event of bad weather, the event will be moved indoors to Adrenaline Sports Center (8310 147 Ln NW, Ramsey, MN 55303)
- Tents, tables and chairs will not be provided. All artists must provide their own tables, chairs and tent, if desired.
- All booths will be on pavement. Vendors must bring weights (not stakes) to hold down their tent in case of wind. If you are using a tent, weights are required.
- There will be no refunds of the registration fee.
- We do not have carts/flat beds/etc. available, but artists are welcome to bring their own for unloading and booth set up. We hope to have volunteers available to help you unload, but we cannot guarantee it. Artists must plan accordingly and be prepared to unload and set up your booth independently.
- Rumriver Art Center and The City of Ramsey do not facilitate or take a cut of artist sales. All artists must come prepared to handle their sales independently.
- All accepted artists must complete and submit a ST-19 when they pay their vendor booth fee. No exceptions. Artists who do not submit a ST-19 will not be allowed in the Two Rivers Art Fair. The ST19 form can be found here: https://www.revenue.state.mn.us/sites/default/files/2024-12/st19.pdf
