Sales Contract & Health Guarantee

Breeder & buyer agree to the following conditions: 

Buyer agrees to provide care from this day forward for said puppy. This includes providing adequate food, water, exercise, shelter, veterinary care, and of course lots of love. 

Buyer agrees to never sell, trade, or surrender said puppy without giving prior notice to the breeder. 

Buyer agrees that breeder will have first option to reclaim said puppy if he/she is being rehomed for any circumstance. Full rights AKC is NOT transferable without prior approval from Red Barn Farms Minis. 

Buyer agrees said puppy is to NEVER be surrended to a shelter. Breeder, Red Barn Farms Minis, will accept any puppy back regardless of age, health, etc. We will never knowingly have any of our puppies end up in a shelter. 

Buyer agrees that purchase price is non-refundable under any circumstance. There will be no reimbursment if buyer has to return said puppy. However, we will always take back any of our puppies/dogs regardless of age, health, etc. 

Buyer agrees that all expenses incurred after buyer takes possession of said puppy will be sole responsibility of the buyer. Breeder is release of any and all financial responsibilities.

Buyer agrees if puppy is sold with Limited AKC it is PET ONLY and will not be bred. If said puppy is bred, legal action will be taken and buyer will be sued for the full amount expected from a breeding bitch which is the total cost of 4 puppies x 4 litters. 

If buyer defies any portion of this contract, the buyer will be in breach of contract and legal action will be taken. 

Genetic & Health Guarantee:

Breeder guarantees puppy to be free of disease & illness for 72hrs - this guarantee covers parvo, distemper, adenovirus, and parainfluenza. Beyond this 72hr window, breeder cannot guarantee health due to puppies being susceptible to illness prior to being fully vaccinated. The 72hr guarantee does not cover parasites, such as hookworms, giardia, etc as they can occur commonly in puppies. All puppies receive 3+ rounds of deworming in our care. 

Breeder provides a 2 year genetic heath guarantee on all puppies produced by Red Barn Farms Minis. If within the first 2 years of life a licensed veterinarian detects a life threatening genetic disorder serious enough to cause death or require euthanization, we will provide a new puppy free of charge from our upcoming litters - you will be able to choose a puppy when the timing is right for your family. In order for the genetic health guarantee to be valid, the licensed veterinarian whom discovered the genetic disorder must directly send us the report for our vet to review. We must be notified within 7 days of original finding. We have never had to use our genetic health guarantee, but it is here for reassurance to the buyer. 

Buyer agrees that while we can guarantee providing you with a health companion, we cannot guarantee adult color, size, or confirmation, nor the ability to breed.
