Please use this form to register for after school enrichment classes. If you have more than one student enrolled at Cascadia, please fill out this registration form for each child individually. There are enrollment limits for each class so registration is on a first come, first serve basis. All classes will run from 3:30pm to 4:30pm on their respective days.
