    How It Works
    Step 1: Submit Your Reservation
    Fill out this online form to reserve your spot for the December 2nd deadline trip.

    Step 2: Check Your Email
    Within 24–48 hours, we’ll email you your personalized PDF label with your info and QR code.
    Print it and include it inside your package before mailing or dropping it off.

    If you don’t receive your personalized label within that time, you can print our generic label instead and fill it out manually — available here:

    Step 4: We Process It
    We’ll weigh your package, update your tracking status, and email you a confirmation with a secure Square invoice.

    Step 5: Pay Online
    Complete payment through Square.
    All invoices include a 4% processing fee. Once paid, your package is confirmed for delivery!

  • Things to Remember:

    Heavy Packages:
    Packages weighing 20 lbs or more will incur an additional delivery fee of $25 or $35, depending on the destination country.


    Rounding Policy:
    Shipping is charged per pound. If your package weighs half a pound or more, it will be rounded up to the next whole pound.
    (Example: A 2.5 lb package will be charged as 3 lbs.)


    Delivery Timeline:
    Please allow a minimum of 2–3 weeks for your package to arrive at the mission office from the trip departure date. Not Deadline.


    Holiday seasons may take longer due to international delays.


    Mission Office Handling:
    Packages are delivered to the mission office, but please note that it may take a few additional days for your missionary to receive it from the assigned delivery missionaries.

  • Additional Fees & Options

    Electronics Fee: $20 per item. Due to customs restrictions and special handling, electronics have an added fee per device.


    Insurance (Optional): Recommended for high-value or sentimental items. Let us know if you’d like to add this.


    Processing Fee: A 4% processing fee applies when paying by card or online invoice.


    Split Packages: If your items don’t fit in one package, we may divide them for safe transport. You’ll only be charged for the actual weight shipped. Each bag must have a label and numbered.
