    • PLEASE NOTE: TICKETS FOR EVENTS AT THE AMERICAN THEATRE MAY ONLY BE SOLD BY THE AMERICAN THEATRE/HAMPTON COLISEUM BOX OFFICE STAFF VIA TICKETMASTER. THIRD PARTY TICKET SALES ARE NOT PERMITTED AND WILL RESULT IN FINES OR EVENT CANCELLATIONS IF USED.

    • NOTE: Alcoholic beverages of any nature must be purchased from The American Theatre Concession stand. Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on the Theatre property.

    • NOTE: The American Theatre requires renters to bring a dedicated person to be a Day-Of-Event Coordinator. This individual must have a full understanding of the schedule of events, stage personnel, type of activity, and decision-making authority etc. Please outline name and contact info below.

      • I understand a certificate of insurance fulfilling the Theatre Insurance Requirements will need to be provided once a rental agreement is approved and signed.
      • I understand that a security deposit and payment in full shall be made at the time of rental agreement signing. 
      • I have reviewed the rental fees, additional costs, and information regarding rental of Hampton Arts Facilities.  
      • I am not authorized to and will not begin advertising this event until a rental agreement has been finalized and signed.
      • I understand failure to comply with the above will result in cancellation of the event and/or forfeiture of any deposit(s).
