Cuscowilla Scholarship Application 2026
This form is intended to be completed by the parent/guardian of the student applying for the camperships. Children with more than 1 child requesting scholarships will need to complete multiple forms, 1 per camper. If you have questions or need assistance with this application, please call 352-574-2372.
Scholarship Process
Cuscowilla strives to never turn away a student because of financial need. Cuscowilla scholarships will cover 50%-100% of the camp registration fee for up to 2 weeks of camp. Please complete one scholarship application per camper, to be submitted by 11:59pm on April 15, 2026. Scholarships are awarded after the application window has ended. Incomplete applications will not be included in the lottery selection. Cuscowilla will notify selected applicants of their award by April 20, 2025. This notification email will provide further instructions for enrollment. Scholarships must be accepted by April 27, 2025, or the spot will be forfeited. Unselected applications will be randomly assigned a position on the scholarship waitlist to be considered if space becomes available. A portion of camper spots will be saved each week to ensure adequate space for those receiving scholarships. If you want to ensure your child is coming to camp regardless of receiving the scholarships. You are welcome to sign up to ensure their spot and any overpayment will be applied to non scholarship weeks or be allowed to receive reimbursement. Final payment for Scholarship Weeks will need to be received by May 9 or will be in danger of losing their spot.

Day Camp Weeks 1- 7 must be entering 2ng - 5th Grade Teen / Fish Camp must be entering 6th - 8th Grade. You may choose more than 1 option for flexibility but will only be awarded 2 weeks per camper.

Terms and Conditions
If awarded this scholarship, we ask that you commit to your child being on time and attending the full duration of the program. If for any reason your child cannot attend all or part of the program, please notify Cuscowilla staff. Not showing up or missing a significant portion of the program without prior notice may prohibit a student from receiving a scholarship again in the future. By submitting this scholarship request, you grant permission for Cuscowilla to contact you and solicit feedback about your experience with the program.*
