Location: Vendor booths will be set up on the grass field near the gazebo inside Perkins Park plattsburg mo 64477. This area offers great visibility and easy access for guests coming from the main parking area.
🕘 Setup Time: Vendors may begin setting up between 7:00–9:30 AM. All vehicles must be moved to vendor parking by 9:45 AM.
🏕️ Booth Space: Each vendor space is approximately 10x10 ft (unless otherwise arranged). The area is on grass, so stakes or weigts to secure your tent.
⚡ Power: Limited access to electricity near the gazebo. Vendors who require power should plan to bring a quiet generator or battery setup unless other arrangements have been made.
🚗 Access: Please enter through main entrance. Volunteers will direct you to your unloading area before parking.
🎉 Event Hours: 10am to 8pm. We recommend remaining open for the full duration to maximize visibility and sales.
