Education Station Vendor Form

"Grow at Clark Gardens" is back! Grow at Clark Gardens will host events designed to enrich the lives of our local citizens and tourists through art, wellness, and nature-based activities.

Education Station:
March 28, 2025 10:00am - 4:00pm
Location: Summer House Lawn

 Education stations are there to allow attendees to connect with local resources and/or allow them to learn something new. There is no vendor fee for education stations, and Clark Gardens provides one 8ft table and two chairs to each education station vendor. But education station vendors are not allowed to sale, meaning process a financial transaction, while on Clark Gardens' property. These vendors are welcome to promote their business by handing out promotional material.

Grow at Clark Gardens 2026 Vendor Market Guidelines

1. The venue site is located at Clark Gardens Botanical Park; 567 Maddux Rd Weatherford, TX  76088.

2. Set up time can occur on Saturday between 7:30am -9:30 am. Educators must be fully set up by 9:45am on Saturday, March 28th. After unloading, all educators will park in our back parking lot.

3. Take down - Educators agree they will not tear down/pack up until the event ends at 4:00pm. We ask that take down be completed within one hour of the event’s end time.

4. Provided - Clark Gardens will provide each education station with one 8-foot table and two chairs. No table linen/covering will be provided, but Clark Gardens strongly encourage exhibitors to provide their own.

5. Station Location - Exact station locations are not guaranteed until the day of the event. This is an outdoor venue. Education Stations will be setup on Summer House Lawn.
Educators may bring out pop up tents or umbrellas (keep in mind how to secure these items, so not to blow in the wind). Make sure to be kind neighbors and not encroach into other’s space.

6. Clark Gardens has the right to require any material possibly seen as profane, threatening, or unsafe to be immediately taken down or removed off Clark Gardens’ property. This will be a non-negotiable topic. All Clark Gardens staff have the right to determine what is profane, threatening, or unsafe.

7. Clark Gardens shall not be responsible for the safety and security of any property, employees, visitors or customers from theft, injury or damage by fire, accident, or any other cause. The Educator assumes sole responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from such causes. Clark Gardens does not provide insurance for the benefit of the Exhibitor.

8. Marketing - By being a part of this event, your company may be recognized throughout some of Grow at Clark Gardens’ advertising. Upon submitting an Education Station Form, please email your logo to events@clarkgardens.com if it was not attached to this form to be incorporated in event marketing. Social media and Clark Gardens’ website are medias your company may be advertised on.

Additionally, we ask that you use your online presence to promote your attendance to/at the event. We are in this together and the more people in attendance the more successful we will all be.

9. Weather Policy - March 28th's festival day will be held rain or shine.

10. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clark Gardens Botanical Park, its agents, employees, volunteers or assigns, from all losses, costs, damages, expenses, and liabilities caused by an accident or other occurrence of bodily injury to any person, or damage or destruction to real or personal property arising directly or indirectly from operations, products or services rendered under this contract.

By signing below, the individual or organization agrees to host an Education Station on March 28th from 10:00am to 4:00pm.  All stations must be set up by 9:45am.

By signing below, the educator acknowledges and agrees with the Grow at Clark Gardens 2026 Education Station Guidelines, and that the above information submitted is correct.
