Pricing Transparency

Every business works differently, and so do the systems behind it. Because of this, I don’t use a fixed pricing list. Each project is scoped based on your workflows, the tools you use, and how your team operates.

The more detail you can share in your application, the more accurate your project scope and pricing will be from the start.

Projects begin at $1,500 USD (approximately $2,000 CAD) for a simple setup. This typically includes one to two streamlined workflows or automations. 

Once I review your application and understand your priorities, I’ll send a clear and detailed proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and total investment — so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.
