Please consider donating your service. Clark Gardens is a 501(c)3 nonprofit. Attendees will be paying general admission fees to come onto Clark Gardens property, if there is an instructor fee then we will have to pass that on to the attendees - via ticket sales.

Applies to food & beverage vendors: Clark Gardens requires a Certificate of Insurance with a minimal amount of $1,000,000 general liability coverage. If alcohol is involved there must also be $1,000,000 liquor liability. The COI must be submitted at least 20 days prior to the event. We require that Clark Gardens is listed as an additional insured with the following details:The Max & Billie Clark Foundation / DBA: Clark Gardens Botanical Park / 567 Maddux Rd. Weatherford,TX 76088. A copy of the server's TABC certificate must also be provided if alcohol is served.
I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clark Gardens Botanical Park, its agents, employees, volunteers or assigns, from all losses, costs, damages, expenses and liabilities caused by an accident or other occurrence of bodily injury to any person, or damage or destruction to real or personal property arising directly or indirectly from operations, products or services rendered under this contract.
