2026 Living Smart Farmers Market Sponsorship Request / Application

 Sponsors may book a booth at any one of the Living Smart Farmers Market locations, but may only participate up to two times a month in any one location.  Sponsors must submit this form for approval to participate in the markets at the requested dates listed below.  You must pay for a minimum of one sponsor booking in conjunction with this application in order to process your request.  Spaces are limited, and by prepaying we can apply that payment towards the dates you are requesting.  Indicate the dates you would like to particiapte in and at what locations and then complete your request to book these dates by pre-paying for them below.  Please note the following conditions when requesting your dates/locations:

• Sponsors can only request to book up to 4 dates per submission
• Sponsors can only request to book the same location no more than two times in one month
• Sponsors may submit requests for bookings in a new request/reservation application for additional dates/locations.

Additional dates can be requested by submitting this same form and by indicating the dates/locations you want to book and then by prepaying.  Once you are in the system, processing will happen faster as you will already be approved in our system. 

Upon receipt of payments for the markets, you will receive a formal confirmation in writing with set up and market manager information for the dates you have requested.  Please keep this information handy to show the manager onsite if the question should come up.

Please note:  Any change dates for bookings already confirmed will incur a $15 change date processing fee.  Upon request of your change date, a payment link will be emailed to you and once paid, a new confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your new date of participation.

Please note: Sponsors may not sell anything at their booth, or accept monies for fundraisers, tickets etc.  - Sponsors may not offer any kinds of foods for consumption for free or otherwise.  Sponsors may give away non-consumables, offer free raffles, collect information for future mailers or offerings and share information.

If you have requested several dates/locations, then please type in the number of dates you are requesting to book in the "Quantity" below for the sponsorship.  The total cost will show up in the total.  Please input your credit card information and  click submit to send us your request/booking. Booking requests that have not been prepaid will not be processed.

Please allow for a minimum of 72 hours for us to receive and review your request.  Once approved, you will receive another email letting you know which dates/locations are available with a confirmation of set up time, etc.  If for some reason you have requested dates that cannot be accommodated, you will be alerted and you will receive a full refund within 48 hours.
