    What your answers suggest

Your website is still doing a good job supporting the business.

Your answers suggest the site is current, useful and doing what you need it to do. There’s nothing here pointing to a broader website problem.

But you took this check for a reason, and that’s the part worth paying attention to.

The question now is whether that reason actually calls for a change to the site. If it does, the change may be something quite specific, like adding a page for something new, giving something more prominence, refreshing a site that’s starting to look tired, or simplifying it as the business becomes more focused.

If you know what made you look but you’re not sure whether it actually warrants website work, you’re welcome to book a 15-minute call. I’m happy to take a quick look and give you a straight answer about what, if anything, needs attention.

If the site is already doing what it needs to do, I’ll tell you that too. And if it’s something you can reasonably handle yourself, I’ll point you in the right direction. There’s no charge for the call.

If you’d like a copy of this sent to you, you can choose that on the next screen. Completely optional.

    What your answers suggest

Your site is doing a lot right. But you’re starting to notice a few things that aren’t working quite as well anymore.

You may find yourself adding context when you send someone a link, answering questions the site could answer, or noticing that the work, products, or proof you most want people to see aren’t getting enough attention.

You may not need to change very much. A few specific updates could be enough.

If you’d like another set of eyes on it, you’re welcome to book a 15-minute call. Tell me what you’ve been noticing and I’ll take a quick look. If it’s something simple, I’ll say so and you can take it from there.

If the changes you’re noticing are part of a bigger shift in the business, that’s what the Catalyst is for. We look at the business first, then the website, and work out what actually needs changing. You’ll come away with a clear plan, whether or not we work together.

    What your answers suggest

The gap between your business and your website now matters.

Something has changed, and it's brought your website back into focus. You may have an opportunity you want to pursue, a change you need to communicate, a different kind of work you want more of, or a problem you can no longer keep working around. And when you look at the site, you can see it isn’t helping.

You know what’s happening in the business and why this matters now. The harder part is knowing what the site needs in response and what actually needs changing.

Even when some important things need to change, an established site can still have plenty worth keeping.

You don’t want to do more to the site than the situation calls for, but you also don’t want the website holding up something you’re ready to act on.

If you’d like to talk it through first, you’re welcome to book a 15-minute call. Tell me what's changed and what you need the site to support now, and I’ll take a quick look. If it’s something simple, I’ll say so and you can take it from there.

If the changes needed are part of a bigger shift in the business, that’s what the Catalyst is for. We look at the business first, then the website, and work out what actually needs changing. You’ll come away with a clear plan, whether or not we work together.
