We highly encourage you to offer a demonstration at your booth if appropriate. We will be posting all demos on our website and handing out a schedule the day of the event to drive people to your booth. If you will offer a demo, please explain in detail below.

We highly encourage you to offer a raffle at your booth. It's a great way to get traffic to your booth and to build your marketing list. Event attendees seek out booths that offer raffle prizes. All booths that offer raffles will be listed on our website. Please include information below.

Beneficiary Raffle Item: We will be hosting a large raffle with items donated from vendors. 100% of proceeds will be donated to Council on Aging of Central Oregon. Last year we raised over $10,000 for our beneficiary! Please donate a service or an item-this is a win-win (this is not a requirement)! Raffle will be held at the end of the event and winners will be chosen and announced on stage. This is separate from any raffle you offer at your booth.

What are you donating (please provide a full description) and what is the value?

Would you like to include a special offer, sample or other item in our amazing swag bags? This is a great extra branding opportunity-and attendees line up early for our swag bags! We will be putting together 150 for each event below, please let us know what you'd like to include and how many items.

Expo hours are Saturday 9am-3pm. We ask you to have your booth open and ready at 9am sharp (set up will begin Friday afternoon with additional time available Saturday prior to fair opening-we will send more information on this later). Tear down begins strictly at 3pm Saturday. It is expected that you will keep your booth open until 3pm. Breaking down/leaving early WILL disqualify you from attending future events.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that a vendor needs to cancel, fees will be refunded in full if request is received BEFORE March 1st, 2026. A cancellation request received between March 1st and April 10th will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after April 10th. Cancellation requests must be submitted to info@fradleymedia.com
