  • Beneficiary Raffle Item: We will be hosting a large raffle with items donated from vendors. 100% of proceeds will be donated to Council on Aging of Central Oregon. Last year we raised over $10,000 for our beneficiary! Please donate a service or an item-this is a win-win (this is not a requirement)! Raffle will be held at the end of the event and winners will be chosen and announced on stage. This is separate from any raffle you offer at your booth.*
  • Expo hours are Saturday 9am-3pm. We ask you to have your booth open and ready at 9am sharp (set up will begin Friday afternoon with additional time available Saturday prior to fair opening-we will send more information on this later). Tear down begins strictly at 3pm Saturday. It is expected that you will keep your booth open until 3pm. Breaking down/leaving early WILL disqualify you from attending future events.*
