RELEASE AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I authorize the release of this Application and any relevant supporting information to persons involved in the selection of Scholarship Recipients. The information I have provided on this Application is true and portrays an accurate description of my intentions if awarded this Scholarship. My name and photo may be used in various media releases and postings by the Women's Red Apple Foundation of Palm Beach County.

I hereby acknowledge that (A) No scholarship funds will be remitted directly to the Scholarship Recipient, (B) All scholarship funds will be remitted by the Women's Red Apple Foundation directly to the college, university, or trade school that the Scholarship Recipient will be attending per the Application and are to be used to directly benefit said Recipient through tuition relief; (C) In the event that the Scholarship Recipient voluntarily withdraws from, or is involuntarily withdrawn by the college, university, or trade school to which the scholarship funds were disbursed, any unused or unearned portion of the scholarship funds shall be returned directly to the Women’s Red Apple Foundation and shall not be disbursed to the Scholarship Recipient; and (D) Recipients of a full-ride scholarship for this next education year, regardless of when it is awarded relative to the WRAF awarded scholarship, will be required to return the WRAF scholarship monies.
