Christmas City Market – Terms & Conditions
By attending Christmas City Market, participants agree to the following terms:

First Come, First Served: Items and gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
One Bag Per Household: Each household will receive one (1) bag of items. Distribution is limited to ensure fair access for all attendees.
No Outside Bags: Outside bags, totes, or containers are not permitted inside the event area. Bags will be provided by Christmas City Market volunteers.
Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older to receive a bag on behalf of their household.
Media Release: By entering the event, you acknowledge and consent that your photo, likeness, or video may be captured and used for promotional purposes by TOP Community Development, including on social media platforms and the organization’s website.
