Park Takeover is a youth-centered nonprofit organization creating free creative, cultural, wellness, and educational programming for Black, Indigenous, People of Culture (BIPOC) youth and families throughout San Diego. Through community partnerships, arts, outdoor experiences, health and wellness initiatives and family-centered events, we create opportunities for connection, leadership and lifelong memories.

Summer Camp 2026
We're currently seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support our first-ever Summer Camp, running into the first week of August. Volunteers are needed to assist with daily programming, outdoor activities, youth engagement, field trips, arts and wellness workshops plus special events.
