Beaglefest Las Vegas is being held at Beagletopia, 285 Irvin Ave, Las Vegas NV 89183.
Check in at the Registration table near the unloading area for your space assignment.
Unload your vehicles through the side black gate if needed or the front entrance.
Once you've unloaded, you will be asked to move your car to the front parking area or another nearby street. Cars must be moved out no later than 1030am!
Plan on being at the site between 8:30 am and 10:30 am for check in and setup. Set up must be completed by 10:45 am
Please note we will NOT be available before 8:30 am to help you unload or give you your booth assignments.
Please bring your own chairs/table
If you paid for a table(s) /chair (s), they will be provided. Your space is 10’ x 10’.
A deposit is required.
We will require a deposit of $37.50; half of the booth space fee. This will be applied to your vendor booth space fee. This is non-refundable even if you cancel.
Be prepared if it’s a windy day
If you are using a tent, please bring weights, sand bags or other heavy items to help secure your tent from the wind
Please note that no electrical will be provided for this event!!
Beaglefest LV ends at 4p. Vendors, please do not leave or pack up before 330pm. Early breakdown could result in fines. Please be sure to vacate your area by 5p.
INSURANCE certificate. You will need to provide a copy of your automobile insurance. Many festival type events have experienced damage to cars and “hit & runs” by other vendors. We need a copy of your automobile insurance due to this.
The Vendor is solely responsible for any personal property at all times.
INDEMNIFICATION:
vendor agrees, by accepting this agreement, regardless of coverage under any insurance policy, to pay all costs necessary to indemnify, defend and hold Southern NV Beagle Rescue Foundation harmless from all claims, demands, losses, actions, attorney’s fees, costs and expenses based on or arising out of any acts, errors, omissions, fault, or negligence of vendor or its principals, employees, subcontractors or other agents while performing services under this agreement.
Rejection of application: SNBRF reserves the right to decline a vendor application for the Beaglefest LV event.
Post clean up: Vendors will clean up after all animals and humans in their booth. Area must be left clean.
Subleasing
Vendor may not sublease their space unless prearranged with SNBRF
Political signs.
