Membership Termination Form
We require 30 days’ written notice to cancel any auto-renewing membership. You may submit your notice anytime by completing our Cancellation Form. Any auto-payment scheduled within the 30-day notice period will be processed as the final payment. After the final payment, you’ll have 4 weeks to use any unused classes, after which access will end and remaining credits will expire.
