Appointment Requirements
All cardiac, hearing, and eye tests REQUIRE an appointment.
Auscultation appointments will be scheduled between echocardiogram appointments.
*SPOTS ARE CLOSED* Echocardiograms include auscultation — please do not purchase both on the same dog.
Eye Exams require dogs to be pre-treated with eye drops prior to the exam. Please arrive 20 minutes before your eye appointment for pre-treatment.
*SPOTS ARE CLOSED* OFA Hip and Elbow X-rays will be available at the clinic. Owners must bring the dog’s AKC registration information for the official OFA submission form. Dogs should be at least 24 months old for certification (prelims accepted for younger dogs). Digital copies of X-rays can be provided upon request. - All dogs should be fasted for this service in case they need to be sedated. Sedation of pet is NOT included in below prices. Pricing does go by the weight of your pet and we can discuss this with you further.
Forms & Registration
You will be asked to complete the examining veterinarians’ forms for cardiac and eye exams. Please bring your dog(s)’ AKC registration information and allow time to complete forms before your appointment time.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
By submitting your appointment request, your selected credit or debit card will be charged.
No refunds for no-shows.
If you need to cancel, you must contact Shaina at repro@damcvets.com no later than 1/07/2026.
Appointment Scheduling
Once we receive your submission, appointments will be scheduled in the order that requests are received. We ask that all participants remain flexible throughout the day, as appointment times will be assigned and confirmed chronologically based on the submission queue and the type of tests selected. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to respond to your submission.
