Nick Green Football Coaching- Terms & Conditions & Participation Policy

By enrolling your child in any Nick Green Football Coaching programs, camps, clinics or sessions, you agree to the following terms:

1. Wet Weather Policy
Sessions may proceed in light rain if safe to do so.
In the event of unsafe conditions due to heavy rain, lightning, or poor field conditions, sessions may be postponed or cancelled.
No refunds will be issued for sessions cancelled due to wet weather.
Where possible we will arrange alternative sessions.

2. Refund Policy
No refunds will be given for:

Missed sessions due to illness, injury, travel, or personal commitments.
Wet weather or unforeseen venue unavailability.
Change of mind once a booking has been made.
All bookings are final. Please ensure your child is available before committing.
In exceptional circumstances, credit or rescheduling may be considered at our discretion.

3. Media Consent
By enrolling in our programs, you consent to Nick Green Football Coaching taking photographs or videos of participants during sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.
These images may be used on our website, social media, and marketing material.
If you do not wish for your child to appear in photos or videos, please notify us in writing before the program starts.

4. Health and Safety
All participants must be in good physical health to take part in football sessions.
Parents/guardians must inform us of any relevant medical conditions or allergies upon registration.
Coaches will take reasonable precautions, but Nick Green Football Coaching is not liable for injuries sustained during participation.

5. Code of Conduct
Players are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, teammates, and facilities.
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from sessions without refund.
Parents are encouraged to support positively and refrain from coaching from the sidelines.

6. Communication
All session updates, including cancellations, will be communicated via email, text or through our official social channels.
Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
