On occasion, CDWCO events may be photographed or video recorded for CDWCO and affiliated uses. By completing this form, you acknowledge the following:
1. Members and Non-Members participating in CDWCO activities give CDWCO and its affiliates permission to use verbal statements and images (video or still) for future use, with no monetary consideration or compensation. This agreement is binding upon the Rider, their heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives.
2. CDWCO agrees that any verbal statements or images will only be used for public relations, informational, promotional, publicity, or instructional purposes.
