Volunteering
Ch/Art is a volunteer-based organization. Each Ch/Art member agrees to contribute a minimum of eight hours per year to support the organization's activities and administration. All Ch/Art events and activities are led by committees that operate under the leadership and supervision of the Board of Directors. Please identify your volunteer interests below. Thank you in advance!
In 2026, Ch/Art will have five standing committees to support its activities under the direction of the Board of Directors. Please indicate the role in which you would like to serve:*

Exhibitions/Events Committee: This committee is responsible for planning, organizing and supporting Ch/Art exhibitions and events other than Art WalkMarketing/PR Committee: This committee is responsible for providing PR and marketing support to all Ch/Art events, including Art WalkSocial/Educational Programming Committee: This committee is responsible for organizing educational and social programming for Ch/Art members (e.g. workshops, studio visits, artist panels, etc.)Membership and Volunteer Coordination Committee: This committee is responsible for onboarding new members, placing members on committees, and overseeing volunteer recruitment and coordination for Ch/Art activities/eventsCommunity Engagement Committee: This committee is responsible for planning and creating opportunities for the Chevy Chase community to view and and engage with art

Ch/Art's public website contains an Artist Profile for each member who wishes to be featured. Please submit the information specified below for Ch/Art to post on your profile.

Image Specifications:
- Upload one image of your artwork. For the best image quality, the minimum width or height is 1,000 to 1,500 pixels. The minimum size is 500 KB. Images larger than these dimensions/size can be sized down to fit, but smaller ones cannot. To use images taken on iPhone or Android phones, you MUST use the JotForm app from your phone. Please install the JotForm app on your phone.
- Name the image file using the following format: Lastname_Firstname_Title (ie. Bardin_Sara_Luminous).
