All applications will be reviewed and applicants will be notified of the outcome by 23 March 2026. Further registration details and payment instructions will be provided at this time. 

Privacy Notice

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information will be used as follows:

a) shared with the Summer School organisers to review the applications and choose the successful participants.

b) your contact information will be used to send you further instructions relating to your application and the outcome of your application.

c) if you are successful, your information will be used to provide you with all necessary information for the Summer School and we will share contact information with faculty, as appropriate, to deliver the lecture/course and associated sessions.

d) to allocate accommodation (your name will be passed to the Heron Island Resort for room allocation); we will exchange the e-mail addresses of those sharing accommodation to allow cohabitees to introduce themselves to each other. 

e) administration, monitoring compliance and reporting. We will hold your personal information securely for a period of four years, after which it will be deleted.
