  • Sunday Night Student Leaders are asked to serve consistently, typically 3–4 Sundays per month, in order to build meaningful relationships and provide stability for our students. Consistency plays a big role in helping students feel known, safe, and supported. Throughout the year, there are also several Sunday nights off due to holidays, events, and scheduling rhythms, which gives leaders natural breaks while still maintaining a strong and reliable presence in students’ lives.
