*Community Family Services of Ontario (CFSO) is a non-profit organization funded by the government to provide professional counselling, settlement, disabilities, and special needs services to individuals and families in need. As per funder requirement, some personal information is collected in order to provide you with services and confidentiality is assured. By providing the below information, you give us consent for gathering information for the purpose of registering to our program. Sharing an email and/or phone number means you consent to being contacted. The information you provide will be kept confidential and we do not share your information except with your consent and when required. CFSO is an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)-funded organization, as such we provide IRCC with this information for service evaluation and program planning.
