  • 3. Access period and Terms & Conditions

  • Subscriber organisations may enrol an unlimited number of learners in our online training at no additional cost until the end of the current access period on 20 May 2026. To enrol your organisation in this course, you must also agree to the Terms and Conditions, which cover data and privacy, terms of use, and permitted and prohibited activities. These can be found here.

  • 4. Delivery method

  • There are two ways your organisation can deliver the course to your learners:

    • URL: Course administrators receive a unique URL learners can use to access and self-enrol in the course using their name and organisational email.

    • Dispatch: The course is delivered via a Dispatch file (SCORM 2004 format) that allows course administrators to host the course using their own Learning Management System (LMS).
      • If you opt to deliver the course via Dispatch, you can configure the course to enable Personal Identifying Information (PII) hashing, which will anonymise user data. Please note that this may limit your ability to identify users in reporting.

For additional information on course delivery methods, please see here.

  • 5. Administration contact details

  • To support the delivery and maintenance of our online training at your organisation, we require a dedicated point of contact(s). This individual will receive communications and materials to assist with the delivery, upkeep, and promotion of the courses within your organisation. They may also be your organisation’s UKRIO subscription managers.

This contact should be responsible for the technical delivery of the course to learners. If you are delivering the course via Dispatch, they should be familiar with navigating your organisation’s LMS.
