  • Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

    Overview We want you to be satisfied. This policy explains how to request returns, exchanges, and refunds and clarifies eligibility, timeframes, fees, and next steps.

    Timeframes

    • Standard returns: 30 days from delivery.
    • Claims for defects, incorrect items, or missing items: 7 days from delivery.

    Eligibility

    To receive a refund the item must be returned in the same condition it was received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase or order number is required.

    If we shipped the wrong item you will receive an automatic approval and a prepaid return label.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Items that have been worn, washed, or used are not eligible for return or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the product has shipped.

    How to Return

    1. Email info@twoinoneshoulderpads.com with your order number and request the Return/Exchange

    2. Complete the form and wait for a Return Authorization.

    3. Pack only the approved item(s) for return. For exchanges, send only the part that needs replacing (vest or shell Remove any back plates or attachments. Do not send unrelated items.

    4. Ship the item to our return address. Customer pays return shipping unless the wrong item was shipped, in which case we provide a prepaid label.

    Inspection and Unacceptable Returns

    We inspect all returns. If a returned item shows obvious signs of use and is deemed unreturnable, we will either:

    • Return the item to you at your expense, or Dispose of it or donate it if you do not pay return shipping.
    • Do not send used items expecting an exchange or refund.

    Refund Timing

    After inspection we process refunds within 2-3 weeks from the date you handed the package to the carrier. The timing reflects transit (5-10 business days), inspection (3-5 business days), and bank processing (2-5 business days

  • Exchanges

    • Request an exchange via info@twoinoneshoulderpads.com and complete the form.
    • Ship only the item part being exchanged (vest or shell Remove back plates and accessories before shipping. Items not requested for exchange may not be returned.
    • No restocking fees for exchanges. Basic outbound shipping on exchanged items is free. Expedited shipping is extra.
    • Allow up to 10 business days after arrival for inspection and shipment of the replacement.

    Return Labels

    Provided only for wrong shipments or damaged-on-arrival claims.

    Damaged or Lost Returns

    Products damaged or lost during return transit are the customer's responsibility. Items damaged en route to our facility will be returned to sender without refund.
