Cost information and subsidies to help you attend
We are pleased to be able to offer members small grants to support your participation at the event. Support will be prioritised for members based in Asia, with a limited number of slots available for GDC members from outside the region. Read on to see how we can help you with the costs of attending.
- Cost: The event is free for everyone, and meals/refreshments across the two days will be provided.
- Accommodation: We will cover participants' accommodation costs during the event period for participants outside New Delhi.
- Travel: The event participants will be expected to pay for their own travel to and from the event. We do have a grant available to assist GDC members with travel costs (reimbursable after traveling and provision of supporting documentation). Please complete the relevant section in the registration form to be considered for this grant support. We will let you know the outcome of your application for travel support after the event registration closes and what the next steps are.
- How will the small grants be allocated? We will allocate the grants based on a combination of your company's annual revenue and our benchmark values for travel costs from your location. The amount of funding awarded will also depend on the level of demand we receive.
Please note: to facilitate as many GDC members to attending the event as possible, we will not be able to offer accommodation or travel subsidies to more than one representative from the same organisation. However, there is no cap on the number of attendees from each GDC member, as long as you are able to self-fund. In which case, we can help you to secure a reduced rate at the hotel. Do reach out to us directly for this information.
