Please attach your proof of payment in the 'Proof of Payment' section located on the last page of this vendor form to secure your table.
Table Setup: Each table is a 6ft by 30" wooden table. A linen table cloth and two chairs are included.
Vendor Setup Time: Anytime between 8:00AM-10:00AM. Vendors will receive their table number upon arrival. Please check in at the front entry way to receive your table number.
Table Assignment: Sports and TCG vendors will be placed in separate sections of the room. Once paid, please DM or text us and we will show you our layout for the event. We will work with you on choosing your table(s) for the event. First come, first serve.
Free Parking: The hotel has a total of 375 marked parking spots and a overflow dirt lot that can fit 100 spots which is right next to the venue; 475 total spots. Please only park in the hotel for your safety. Collectors Corner Card Show is not responsible for any fines, towing, or liabilities if you park outside of the designated area.
Legal Compliance: All items offered for sale must be legal and comply with local, state, and federal laws.
Prohibited Merchandise: Selling stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise unauthorized items will result in immediate removal from the event and a permanent ban from all future Collectors Corner Card Shows.
Vendor Responsibility: You are responsible for your assigned table and all merchandise displayed. Collectors Corner Card show is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your property.
Liability Insurance: Vendors are strongly recommended to have liability insurance to cover any potential risks or events during the event.
Electrical Equipment: If you require access to electrical outlets or power, please inform us ahead of time. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own power strips and cords. All electrical equipment usage must be approved by Collectors Corner Card Show.
Strictly No Refunds: All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. In case of an emergency, we will work with you and give you credit towards a future show. We understand life happens.
Code of Conduct: Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
Health and Safety Requirements: Vendors are required to comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, including, but not limited to, fire safety codes, to ensure the safety and well-being of all event participants.
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises at all times. Violation of this policy will result in removal from the event and forfeiture of fees.
Smoking/Vaping Policy: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the event venue for the comfort of all attendees. You’re welcome to step outside to the designated areas if you’d like to smoke or vape.
Cleanliness and Tidiness: We kindly ask that you keep your table and surrounding area clean and free of trash throughout the event by using the designated trash bins for waste disposal. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean space!
