Course Overview

New Leaders Academy is a full-year, university-level leadership development course held July 2026–May 2027 and designed to support emerging and mid-career leaders in cultivating grounded, resilient, and adaptive leadership practices.

Format

A 3-day in-person immersive experience in July, providing intensive experiential learning, peer collaboration, and applied leadership practice
Twice-monthly, 2-hour virtual sessions (Aug 2026 - May 2027)

Tuition

Individual Enrollment (one participant from a school)	$3,500	$1,750 due July 1 , 2026 $1,750 due January 1, 2027
Group Enrollment (two or more participants from the same school)	$3,000 per participant	$1,500 due July 1 , 2026 $1,500 due January 1, 2027
