Reschedule Your Course/Exam
All exam materials are prepaid at the time of order; therefore, Prep Safe Institute, LLC does not issue refunds under any circumstances.Participants who need to reschedule their exam or course may do so for a rescheduling fee of seventy-five dollars ($75). All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least five (5) business days before the scheduled exam date. Once your request has been received you will be contacted with the next available course/ exam date.
