In order to join the IEOC as a new or lapsed member, please complete this application below for review. [Note: A lapsed member is one renewing who was not current on dues in 2025.]Please allow ten (10) business days for review and notification. If membership is approved, a dues link will be emailed to your email provided in this form, and must be completed, with payment, to finalize membership.
The approved ‘new’ and renewing Regular Members dues is $185 and the ‘new’ and renewing Trainee Members dues is $110. Lapsed members will pay a small application processing fee differential of $20. Forms submitted after mid-January may be returned late enough that dues could incur the $50 late fee by February 1st; please be aware of the turnaround time. Dues forms received without prior approval will not be recognized as official members until an application is received and approved, and refunds may not be available.
The dues cycle is January 1 to December 31 annually; partial dues payments are not possible. For questions contact the office at office@equineophtho.org. Dues and applications open annually by November 15th and close annually by May 31st. Late renewals submitted on or after February 1st annually will incur a late fee.
