Please submit your school's bid to host a 2026 Articulation by January 30. We are looking to host in the Central/Southeast Ohio Region, Northeast Ohio Region, Northwest Ohio Region, and the Southwest Ohio Region.

Please note hosting an articulation program requires significant parking, a room large enough to seat all attendees (attendance projections in region question above), space for a college fair, luncheon area, and 3-4 additional breakout rooms large enough to hold 80-120. Media carts are required for each session/breakout rooms which should include pc/laptop, sound (capable of projecting to the entire room), projector and screen. 5-10 laptops should be available for registration. Provide a detailed budget including but not limited to the items listed below. Keep in mind the following as you prepare your budget: 130 college fair tables, 130 chairs for the college fair, beverages for the morning sessions, equipment rental, room rental, multimedia, sound systems, facility rental, parking costs, signage, etc. Please also consider boxed lunches and continental breakfast. The committee is currently discussing offering one or the other. Use attendance projections above to budget. Please note OACAC is responsible for the reimbursement of the items provided on this budget sheet, with a maximum reimbursement of $18,000. Anything beyond the maximum reimbursement or items not included on the below budget sheet (such as name tags and shuttle services) will be covered by the host site.
