  • Interested in bringing your delicious eats to the Night Market Company™️? Just fill out the following application! To apply as a Food Truck at Cary Night Market, you’ll need to completely fill out the application below. We have updated parts of our application process for 2026, so please take your time and read through this, esspecially if you applied in 2025.

    Each market is juried separately, so you might be accepted into one market date and on the waiting list for another. This application is for the first half of our market season: March - June. The second half of the market season will be released at a later date.

    We try to be as fair as possible with Food Truck rotation. If accepted, you will receive an email of your status immediately. If on the waitlist, you will receive an email of your status when you are accepted. If you need advance notice, please email us at raleighnightmarket @ gmail DOT com.

    If you do not pay the one-time nonrefundable application fee, your application will not be considered complete and will not be reviewed.

    This application is NOT for you if you are:

    What is the fee? 

    $160 per market unless otherwise specified 

    What is included in your Food Truck fee at Cary Night Market with The Night Market Company™️?

    • Access to electricity
    • Water
    • Restrooms
    • Security
    • Marketing on Instagram and Facebook Vendor spotlight post & story
      • Day-of market reel & story (not vendor-specific)
      • Share your marketing/reels on our story (if we are tagged)
    • History of high foot traffic throughout market
       

    When will I be charged?

    Your application will be reviewed within two weeks of submission. Your payment method on file will be charged upon acceptance and spots will not be held if there is non-payment. It is highly advised that you apply only for market dates you are positioned to purchase upon acceptance. 

    If you are on the wait list for any markets, you will be charged upon acceptance.
