YTH Lead Application

At Compelled, we believe your generation is not the church of tomorrow, but you are the church of today. Every week, we have hundreds of youth who are actively engaged in our ministries. We see potential in them and believe God has a calling on their life, not just to be leaders but to be spiritual leaders.

That’s where YTH Lead comes in. We want to provide the next step for you (6th-12th graders) who wish to develop into spiritual leaders. YTH Lead is a launching pad to integrate you into spiritual leadership at Compelled YTH. We believe in your generation and know God is going to use you not just for tomorrow but for today.

At Compelled YTH, we will train you in Spiritual Leadership. We will explore what it means to be a servant whom Christ has transformed. We will teach on worship, giving, holiness, speech, humility, spiritual discipline, and missions. You will also take a leading role in planning outreaches and what we do at Compelled YTH.

Requirements

1. Complete Application by 9/17 for Fall Semester

2. Attend Compelled YTH

3. Must be in (7th-12th grade)

4. Attend Monthly Meeting (Sundays, 12:30-2:00PM)

5. Follow the Leadership U Bible Plan

6. Journal and note-taking

7. Serve on an approved serve team within Compelled YTH

8. Complete assigned Ministry Projects.

9. Signed code of conduct by both the kid/youth and parent.
