A few things to note: Our chef-curated experience offers a $125 per person dinner menu with the option of a $45 per person beverage pairing (advanced notice required). The Bear Trap has a food and beverage minimum requirement of $1,500 per event, excluding tax and gratuity. A standard service gratuity of 20% will be applied to all final event checks, or a baseline minimum of $350, whichever amount is greater to fully support our dedicated staff. Jackman & Co. requires a $500 deposit to hold this reservation. Please provide 72 hours' notice for cancellation to receive a full refund of deposited funds.
