  • 1. You will receive seven (7) nights accommodations in your choice of Atlantic City NJ, Avon/Vail Valley CO, Branson MS, Cancun MX, Jamaica, Las Vegas NV, Los Cabos MX, Myrtle Beach SC, New Orleans LA, Orlando FL, Pagosa Springs CO, Puerto Rico US, San Diego CA, San Francisco CA, Phoenix/Scottsdale AZ, Smokey Mountains TN, Wisconsin Dells WI. 
    2. The accommodations are for two (2) adults  and two (2) children. 
    3. A  fully-refundable $100 reservation deposit is required to guarantee space availability. If you choose to purchase any optional upgrades through your travel agent, your reservation deposit will be applied to the cost of the upgrade. There will be no refunds of the reservation deposit once an upgrade purchase has been made. 
    4. The refund of your reservation deposit, if any, will be refunded by check approximately 21 days prior to your travel date. 
    5. If you cancel your travel plans at any time this certificate will be deemed void. Once your travel dates have been confirmed, no changes will be permitted. A valid government issued ID will be required to check-in to your accommodations. A credit card or deposit may be required in order to check-in to cover incidental expenses. 
    6. This certificate is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other discount or special promotion. No other representations, oral or otherwise are valid in conjunction with this certificate. This certificate is not valid for group travel. Group travel is defined as more than two (2) passengers traveling together using multiple certificates.
    7. CBE is not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage or personal loss in connection with any transportation, accommodations or other travel services arranged in the fulfillment of this certificate which result either directly or indirectly from any occurrence, including but not limited to, equipment breakdowns and/or defects, flight cancellations and/or delays, changes of itineraries, strikes, inclement weather, theft, terrorism and/or acts of war. 
    8. Activating Your Certificate: By calling (803) 485-1530. Select your destination. You must activate by the Activation Deadline shown. 
    9. Deposit Payment: After your vacation activation has been processed you will be able to access your reservation deposit payment form in the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Simply print out the refundable reservation deposit payment form and mail to the address provided along with a personal check, cashier’s check or money order for the total amount of $100. Your deposit payment form will include the option to upgrade your 7 night stay to a one bedroom condo for $279 total or a two bedroom condo for $479 total. You may request the return of your Reservation Deposit at any time prior to purchasing your accommodations. Within five (5) business days of receipt of your reservation deposit payment form and payment, your payment will be posted to your account. 
    10. Requesting Your Travel Dates: Once your payment has been posted to your account you will be able to request your travel dates. You can request your dates by calling our toll-free reservations department at 800-315-2065.When requesting your travel date, you must provide an alternate travel date that is 30 days apart. Reservations may require up to 90 days advance notice and are subject to availability. Generally, there is limited or no availability during major holiday weeks including President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and certain peak periods including Spring Break, the month of July, and certain special events. There are no Wisconsin Dells arrivals in June, July or August. Within five (5) business days of requesting your travel dates with our reservations department, your travel date will be confirmed and shown in the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. 
    11. Finalizing Your Vacation: Approximately 21- 28 days prior to your travel date a reservations agent will be contacting you by phone and/or email to finalize your vacation details. Once you finalize your vacation details with your travel rep, your accommodations will be purchased. The reservation deposit will only be refunded if you request to cancel prior to CBE purchasing your accommodations. There will be no refunds of the reservation deposit once an upgrade purchase has been made.
    12.. Final Travel Documents: Approximately 21 days prior to your travel date a refund of the refundable deposit will be issued and your Final Travel Documents will be loaded into the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Your final travel documents will include your accommodation voucher. Please print out your travel documents and follow the instructions to check-in to your accommodations.
